Orientation Staff

The Orientation Team is designed to ease the transition of new students into Notre Dame de Namur University life. The Orientation leaders, under the supervision of the director of the Center for student Leadership and Orientation Board, help plan and produce a sensational orientation program, welcoming new students and their families to NDNU, and help all new students adjust to their new life at NDNU.

Responsibilities

• Share in the planning and program preparation for Summer Orientation.
• Responsible for facility reservations and set-up for all orientation events.
• Responsible for procuring all supplies for orientation events and training.
• Responsible for coordinating and implementing all orientation activities and events.
• Provide overall support and assistance with all aspects of orientation week.
• Required enrollment in CM 180: Foundations of Leadership and Teamwork.
• Required attendance at leadership retreat.
