In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998, (formerly Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990), the following reportable statistics required by the U.S. Department of Education and FBI were reported to the Notre Dame de Namur University Public Safety Department.
