The Undergraduate Intensive Business Program program is designed to provide primarily upper division courses for working professionals who wish to complete their college degree within their respective majors and areas of emphasis  The Business Administration degree provides students with the expertise and knowledge about critical business functions along with a strong liberal arts foundation to provide a balanced perspective on contemporary management and organizational issues.

A new option for intensive business students --> an Internship!

Many intensive business students have begun to inquire about the possibilities of serving in an internship capacity while here at NDNU.  Well the answer is finally -- YES you can!  Internships are NOT a requirement of degree, but you may like the idea of shoring up your resume prior to graduation.  Click on the SBM Internship Program link and begin exploring.  See Peter Young or Carrie McKnight if you have additional questions.

Intensive Attendance Policy

Beginning in the fall of 2006 - NDNU's IBP will be subject to the revised attendance policy.  The policy now reads as follows:

“The nature of the Intensive program requires a more stringent absence policy, since even one absence may significantly impact achievement of course learning objectives.  A student who misses more than one class or its equivalent will be assigned a failing grade for the course, unless the student officially drops or withdraws from the course.  It is the responsibility of the student to initiate the drop or withdrawal.  See the Refund Policy for conditions under which some portion of the charges for the course may be reversed.”
