Logging-in to Campus Web

Campus Web Access
Campus Web, which enables each student to see his or her schedule of classes and final grades, as well as the urrent University class schedule, has a separate username and password scheme.
On Campus Web, your username is your NDNU ID#, and your password is mailed to your NDNU Student Email address. Look for the message with "Subject: Your Campus Web login info" and "From: NDNU Campus Web Support." The message includes your password, as well as instructions for logging-in to Campus Web.
Logging-in to Campus Web
Once you have your Campus Web login info (which is sent to your student email account), you can log-in to Campus Web.
- Access the "Resources for NDNU Students" page at (www.ndnu.edu/students).
- Go to the heading "Getting Connected" and click on the "Campus Web: Login page " link. You will be taken to the Campus Web login page and asked to enter your id and password. (Alternatively, from the home page select "Campus Web: Login" from the Quick Links menu).
- Enter your ID number. This ID number should have been sent to your NDNU email account with the e-mail subject "Campus Web login info." Please note that the ID number is your Student ID number.
- If you have never used Campus Web before, please enter the temporary password that was sent to your NDNU e-mail account with the subject "Campus Web login info," click Log-in, and continue to step 5. (If you previously changed your password, type in your password, then click Log-in.)
- You will be prompted to change a temporary password the first time you log in. The new password you create can be from 4 to 10 alphanumeric characters and is case-sensitive.
- You will be prompted to enter the following on the "Change Password" screen.
- The "Current Password" is the temporary password that you got in the e-mail.
- The "New Password" is the password that you choose.
- In the "Confirm Password", please re-enter the new password that you created, for confirmation. Then press the update button. You will get the message saying the "Password successfully changed!", and "Click here to continue." Once you click on the "Click here to continue", you will be able to access your information.
Password and/or login problems
Please note that if you type in your password incorrectly five times, your login will be disabled and you'll have to contact the OIT Help Desk to have your password reset.

System Requirements
Campus Web can be accessed from anywhere as long as your computer has an Internet connection and a modern web browser (a recent version of Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, Firefox, etc.) that has 128-bit security enabled. If you have an older version with only 56-bit security, you will see an error message that the page cannot be displayed when you try to login. Also, some versions of the AOL browser will not work. If you encounter these problems, upgrade or switch to a different browser.
Campus Web accounts are created for every student who is registered for the current semester. During the semester, please allow four working days from the date of your registration for your Campus Web account to be established. Students who completed early registration will have their accounts created approximately one week before the start of classes.
