Help DeskThe Help Desk is the first point of contact for most requests to OIT, including all kinds of computer and telephone troubleshooting, installation of programs, virus questions, getting e-mail accounts, etc. Help can be reached at extension 3555, or (650) 508-3555. You can also place a request directly through our Help Desk Online.
