Campus Web: Instructions for Students
Use NDNU's Campus Web for the current University class schedule, your own class schedule, final grades, and (for some students) advising.
Campus Web accounts are created for every student who is registered for the current semester. During the semester, please allow four working days from the date of your registration for your Campus Web account to be established. Students who completed early registration will have their accounts created approximately one week before the start of classes.
System Requirements
Campus Web can be accessed from anywhere as long as your computer has an Internet connection and a modern web browser (a recent version of Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, Firefox, etc.) that has 128-bit security enabled. If you have an older version with only 56-bit security, you will see an error message that the page cannot be displayed when you try to login. Also, some versions of the AOL browser will not work. If you encounter these problems, upgrade or switch to a different browser.
To Login
- Access the NDNU Web site (www.ndnu.edu).
- Click on the Campus Web Login link from the options on the bottom of the screen (you may have to scroll down to see this link). You will be taken to the Campus Web login page and asked to enter your id and password.
- Enter your ID number. This ID number should have been sent to your NDNU email account with the e-mail subject “Campus Web login info”. Please note that the ID number is your Student ID number.
- Enter your password.
- If you have never used Campus Web before, please enter the temporary password that was sent to your NDNU e-mail account with the subject “Campus Web login info”. You will be prompted to change this password the first time you log in. The password can be from 4 to 10 alphanumeric characters and is case-sensitive. If the password provided is in Upper case, then you need to have the ‘Caps Lock’ on, in your PC.
5a. You will be prompted to enter the following on the “Change Password" screen.
5b. The “Current Password” is the temporary password that you got in the e-mail.
5c. The “New Password” is the password that you choose.
5d. In the “Confirm Password”, please re-enter the new password that you created, for confirmation. Then press the update button. You will get the message saying the “Password successfully changed!”, and "Click here to continue." Once you click on the “Click here to continue”, you will be able to access your information. - If this is not your first time, then please enter the password that you had chosen for Campus Web.
Password and/or login problems
PLEASE NOTE that if you type in your password incorrectly for 5 times, your login gets disabled.

Using Your Student Account on Campus Web
Now you are logged in. In the upper right-hand corner of the opening screen, you will see the default term – check to see whether it is the current term or the upcoming term. You will see the following options on the left side of the screen:

If you click on this, you will be able to see the following:
Personal Information
(Please note that you will be able to update your
address and phone#, once you click the personal
information option. The changes will be confirmed
by the Registrar's office.)
Holds and Health Insurance Status
Registration Information
Vehicle Information

Change Term
You will be able to click on each of the above options to view the details. By clicking on the “Change Term” option, you will be able to select the term for which you want to see all the details.

Grad Report
You will be able to click on each of the above options to view the details. However, this feature is available only to certain students.
Business Office

If you click on the above option, you will see the details related to your student account.

Please note that you might not see some details if they are not applicable to you or if the feature is not currently available. You will be able to see all the information that does apply to you as the system evolves.
Important: Log Off
When you are finished, log off Campus Web by clicking on the “Log Out” option under “General” option. If you do not log out or quit your browser, users who come after you can get into your account.
Student E-mail
Note that Campus Web is not your student e-mail. See the login instructions for NDNU e-mail and then go to studentmail.ndnu.edu.
